Planning and Zoning
The Mead Planning and Zoning Commission
meets on the forth Monday of each month at 7:30 in the Mead Village
Office. Call for current agenda items.

The village has an up to date comprehensive
plan and building permits can be obtained from the village office.
A copy of the official meeting minutes may also be obtained from the
village offices.
Building Permit Applications:
Print
out, fill-in and sign the building permit application as soon as
possible before you start your next project. Permits are
required for new construction, additions, demolitions, sidewalks,
fences and miscellaneous other items.
On the reverse side of the application
clearly draw a site plan and mark set backs for your proposed
project. The setback distance requirements vary based on the
zoning area and type of construction.

located at the village office.
