and Rakestraw. There are Shipps and Saylors; Pat and Mike, Buck and
Wing; Laden and Carey; Tooker and Leaver, and Held; Street and Alley; Leon
and Eddy; Olsen and Hohnson; Lewis and Clark; Adam and Eva; Coil and
Roper; Joy and Merry; Buss, Otto, and Kaar; Kaiser and Frazier; Brewer,
