Henry Anderson


CYRUS T. CONDIT, of the firm of Ostenberg, Condit & Co., grain and lumber dealers, came to Nebraska in December, 1868, and located at Fremont, where he worked at carpentering, and in February, 1877, moved to Mead, and started this present business. He was born in Ohio, October 15, 1843. Was married February, 1876, to Miss Jeannette Williams, who was born in Iowa County, Wis. They have one daughter, Delia. The above firm ships over 600 car loads of grain per year, and in 1881, sold over forty car loads of lumber. Source: "Andrea's History of Nebraska"
