Mead Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

The Village of Mead Planning Commission met at 7:30 p.m. Present were Cecelia Scoles, Connie Schliffke, Billie Shook, LeRoy Nelson, Jody Weible, Melissa Konecky, and Chris Kavan, our new alternate member. Pat Hannan was absent. Dick Swanson was a guest. LeRoy motioned, and Billie seconded, that we approve the minutes from the previous, special meeting. All agreed.

OLD BUSINESS:

Since Pat was absent, we postponed the final review of the zoning regulations and the comprehensive plan until the next meeting, since she is Planning Commission Chair. If necessary, we can call a special meeting before the next Village Board meeting if the Village Board requires a finalized version of the zoning regulations and comprehensive plan.

NEW BUSINESS:

Scott Bruhn, who was going to bring samples of housing for the Planning Commission to consider, was not at the meeting. He is considering purchasing property in Mead.

CONCLUSION:

Connie motioned, and Billie seconded, that we adjourn the meeting at 7:53 p.m. All agreed.
