An emergency meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees for the Village of Mead was called on Nov.12, 2003 at 8:00 a.m. Motion by Raver, second by Leifeld to approve Resolution 03-05 for a Special Liquor License and rental of the Community Hall to Jamie Kadavy on Nov. 22 for a wedding reception.
