A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mead, NE was held on 11/18/03 at 7:00 p.m. Roll call showed the following trustees present: Chairman Mongan and Trustees Howell, Leifeld, Raver, and Swanson. Also in attendance were Police Chief Carslon, Doug Johnson and Shelly Parsons.

Motion by Leifeld, second by Howell to approve Resolution 03-05 Special Liquor License for Jamie Kadavy. Vote: Yes-all, carried.

Proposals were presented by Johnson and Swanson regarding re-opening the dump site. Motion by Mongan, second by Swanson to approve the following dump regulations. The dump will be open 4/1 – 11/30 on Sat. 10 am – 2 pm & Wed. 5 pm – 9 pm; 12/1 – 3/31 the first Sat. of the month 10 am – 2 pm. Additional dumping days established until Dec. schedule begins in 11/22 & 11/29 10 am – 2 pm. Permitted items only are weeds, branches, leaves and grass clippings, $2.00 charge per load and limited to Mead residents only. Vote: Yes-all, carried.

Motion by Leifeld, second by Raver to adjourn at 7:35 pm. Vote:
