A special meeting of the Chairman and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mead, NE was held 6/20/05 at the village office. Chairman Mongan called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. Notice of the meeting was provided in advance thereof by posting notice at the Bank of Mead, US Post Office and the Village Office as shown by the certificate of posting notice attached to these minutes. Advance notice was also provided to the Chairman and all members of the Board of Trustees. Present were Chairman Nate Mongan and Trustees Bobbie Feldhaus, Brad Howell, Ailene Raver and Dick Swanson. Also present was Clerk June Moline. Guest present was Jody Johnson.

The purpose of the special meeting was to act on a request for a Special Liquor License from Toady’s Pub for 7/23/05 to serve alcohol in a fenced area for a bike run. Discussion followed.

Motion by Howell, second by Swanson to approve Resolution 05-14 to grant the request for a Special Designated Liquor License to Toady’s Pub on 7/23/05. All members voted yes.

Motion by Raver, second by Howell to adjourn at 6:45 p.m. All members voted yes.
